Garth Brooks will not add an additional date for his Comeback Special Event in Ireland this year, it has been confirmed.

Peter Aiken of Aiken Promotions today confirmed that there will be no additional dates for the country star’s concerts in Croke Park or anywhere else in Ireland this year.

Speculation that Brooks would add yet another date to his run of gigs in July was widespread following five sold-out concerts.

The country singer originally announced two July dates for his appearance in Croke Park, but added a third the morning the tickets sold out.

A fourth date, the following Monday July 28, was announced before a fifth date was confirmed the morning the fourth concert sold out in minutes.

The fifth date also sold out.
