Nicky Campbell: Music is my release

Nicky Campbell has said his new easy listening album is like a therapy to balance the emotion of filming Long Lost Family.
The 53-year-old TV presenter and radio DJ co-hosts the ITV show about bringing families back together with Davina McCall, which they both admit often moves them to tears.
Meanwhile, Nicky has just released album We're Just Passing Through with former Spitting Image impressionist and singer Kate Robbins.
Nicky said: "The album is a way of getting my emotions out.
"All these emotions go through you and we're very emotional people, and it's been like a therapy for me. It's totally cathartic."
But don't expect to find the TV presenter taking part in Strictly Come Dancing any time soon, as Nicky insists his musical side doesn't extend as far down as his feet.
He said: "I wouldn't want to dance though, I've never been a good dancer. I'm musical but I can't get it out..."
