Ne-Yo reveals duet with Celine Dion
Ne-Yo has revealed he called his own vocal ability into question after recording a duet with Celine Dion.
The RnB star revealed to Digital Spy he has written a track especially for the Canadian diva's new album, and they recorded it together.
Ne-Yo and Celine first worked together on her 2007 album Taking Chances, when he co-wrote and co-produced her song I Got Nothin' Left.
He said: "The first time I worked for her I wrote a song for her, which in itself was surreal... This time around I actually did a duet with her - it's her and me on one song, which was a challenge to say the least! I was trying to figure what I was even doing there - why would they need my voice when they have hers?"
He added: "She wanted to do the song as a duet and I was flattered, but it definitely made me question my vocal ability."
Celine's next album - which will be her 25th studio album, and her 10th in English - is expected to be released in October, and has the working title Water And Flame.
