The diva inside Elton John was unleashed on Sunday night as he launched a tirade against stewards at his concert in Gloucester.
Elton did not take kindly to the stewards stopping fans in the crowd from waving their arms in the air like they just didn't care.
According to ITV News he then singled out one female steward for particularly vicious abuse.
"I came here to play music, now all you stewards down there, especially the woman in the pony tail, f**king lighten up will you? These people have come to hear music and if they want to put their hands in the air let them. This is not f**king China, so piss off. You've got a f**king uniform on and you think you're Hitler and you're not. You can piss off! I mean really. Don't have any sympathy with her, this is a concert ok?"
The steward was reportedly reduced to tears which must have softened Elton somewhat as he invited her on stage to sit with him at his piano as he apologised for his "inappropriate" outburst.
