Sinead O'Connor has revealed she has lasered off her facial tattoos, less than a year after having them emblazoned on her cheeks.
The singer, who has just released her album 'I'm not Bossy, I'm the Boss' to critical acclaim told Q magazine that the tattoos had become "stupid s*** on my face".
Sinead unveiled the inkings, a 'B' on her right cheek and a 'Q' on her left at \bestival last September, but initially refused to disclose their meaning.
She later revealed the letters were the initials of Brendan Quinlan, a man she had briefly dated, and she reportedly had them done after a row so that she would have a constant reminder of their argument.
However, as early as last January Sinead asked fans to help her to find someone to remove the embarrassing artwork.
She took to Twitter and said, "Any1 know an excellent tattoo removal person? Someone said a guy in Harley st can do in one shot... Any2 know him? Or similar here?"
