Hollywood actor Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson were left lost for words after meeting singer Adele backstage at the singer's star-studded Los Angeles concert.
The Forest Gump actor and his wife took to their respective social media accounts to share their praise and admiration for the singer.
Actress Rita shared a picture of the famous couple hanging out with the 27-year-old and her long-term partner Simon Konecki, on her Instagram page, backstage at her Los Angeles concert.
Hanks took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the songstress and the gig: "Adele. What a show. What a voice. What a woman. What an artist. What a date. Thank you. Hanx."
Opening with Hello, Adele performed a 16-song set for the crowd ahead of her upcoming performance at the Grammy Awards.
“I haven’t played in L.A. for years,” she told the crowd. “Sorry if it was a pain in the ass getting the tickets…I would have [charged] less, but my record label is paying for this.”
