These are the photographs that Kanye West did not want you to see.
Although he’s one-half of the world’s most-photographed couple, the 37-year-old came across all camera shy at his Dublin gig last night and banned any official photos to be taken of him during his performance.
The American artist churned out a repertoire of songs in Marlay Park, but left ticket holders bewildered when he walked out with his face completely covered in a diamond mask, which he wore for the first 30 minutes of the show.
Revellers were equally baffled when, only two tracks into the set, Kanye decided to temporarily walk off stage for a few minutes.
The Grammy winner kicked things off at 9.15pm with a rendition of Black Skinhead. But although the husband of reality star Kim Kardashian was the headliner, most of the 20,000 fans in attendance were more impressed with fun-loving support act Pharrell Williams.

The Happy singer upstaged the Yeezus star, wowing crowds with a string of his chart-topping tunes accompanied, including Get Lucky and Marilyn Monroe, by half a dozen dancers.
Pharrell gave regular shout outs to the audience, welcoming his “Irish girls”. He even threw in some pop favourites by other acts to get the party started.
Revellers arrived from all over the country to attend the event. Eighteen-year-old triplets Ailbhe, Aoife and Orlaith Boyle caught the bus from Monaghan to head along to the event.
“We’ve just finished our Leaving Cert, so this is something fun for us to do together before going off to college in September,” Aoife said.
Lucan pals Tara O’Connell and June Hardiman came with their Swedish friend Linda Mard in tow. They were all eager to see Pharrell.
“Kanye is just so irritating these days, but Pharrell is laid back and chilled,” said Tara.

“Pharrell is exceptionally cool, especially for his age,” said Shaun.
