It has been a rollercoaster few years for Britney Spears but it seems the pop princess is back on top form.
Since she launched her Las Vegas show back in 2013 she's been honing her physique and her act.
And her effort is paying off as she now boasts abs to rival those she sported in 'I'm a Slave For You' back in 2001 and she's poised to release a new single, video and album.
Following her breakdown in 2007, Britney performed at the MTV Video Music Awards but mimed through her hit Gimme More and shocked fans by failing to dance in time to the music.
Of the performance, Simon Cowell told The Sun, "If I had been looking after Britney I'd have taken one look at her in rehearsals and I wouldn't have allowed her on stage.
"It would have been worth pulling her off the bill - no matter what the cost - to save any chance she had of resurrecting her career.
However, after two years in Vegas, she's back in the game and a source tells Heat magazine that her new life coach, which she calls her "swagger coach", has been helping her to get in shape.
"She's just committing to eating clean and working out - in turn she feels proud of herself," said the source.
"She's doing yoga, sometimes twice a day, and loves ballet barre workouts too."
The 34-year-old star's new single will be called Make Me (Oooh) and is reportedly scheduled for release in May ahead of her ninth studio album in June.
