Sunday day tickets for Electric Picnic festival have sold out in record time.

Family camping passes have also been snapped up and are no longer available for the festival being held on Stradbally Estate from Friday 29 to Sunday 31 August.

For those who weren’t as fast off the mark- weekend tickets are still on sale from usual outlets.

Prospective picnicers have until midnight on July 4th to avail of the reduced weekend ticket price of €194.50.

After this date, tickets will increase in cost to €229.50.

The stellar lineup this year is headlined by Beck, Outkast, and Portishead.

Joining them on the bill are the likes of Pet Shop Boys, Clean Bandit, Paolo Nutini, London Grammar, Lily Allen, Sinead O’Connor, Duke Dumont and The Stranglers.

The wide array of acts means that there is something to suit every musical taste.

The 11th annual festival takes place in Stradbally, Co Laois from Friday 29th to Sunday 31st of August.
