Lana del Rey has suggested dying young is glamorous and said she ‘wishes she was dead already’.

The 27-year-old, who lists Kurt Cobain and Amy Winehouse as her music inspirations, said her life is like ‘one f***ed movie’.

She said she simply doesn’t want to live anymore, telling the Guardian; “That's just how I feel. If it wasn't that way, then I wouldn't say it. I would be scared if I knew [death] was coming, but …"

When asked if there was something ‘glamorous’ about dying, she replied; “I don’t know. Umm, yeah.”

Lana also revealed that she hates the fame, paparazzi, media, critics and everything else her successful career has brought her.

She said she wants to stop doing ‘everything’, including her music and modelling.
