Justin Bieber's private jet has landed in Dublin ahead of Purpose tour date at RDS
Keep an eye out for one of pop's hottest stars soaking up the sun in Dublin today as Justin Bieber has jetted into Ireland ahead of his stadium concert at the RDS tomorrow night.
The 'What Do You Mean' star flew into Dublin Airport on his private tour jet last night and exited through the VIP area ahead of his monster gig at the southside venue, independent.ie has learned.
The 23-year-old Canadian super-star is in the middle of his Purpose tour and he kicked off the European leg in Holland at the start of this month.
Bieber, who performed at the One Love Manchester gig, will take to the stage tomorrow night shortly after 8pm and just like all the big summer gigs, strict security measures will be in place.
A backpack ban is in place and attendees will be subject to a "pat down" and a metal detector check.
An advisory notice from Aikens Promotions reads: "Due to heightened security throughout European, there will be additional strict checks in place for your safety and confidence."
It also advises attendees to leave extra time to arrive at the venue and make their way to their seats.
A big fan of Ireland, he only performed here at part of his Purpose tour last November, when he played two sell-out gigs in the 3Arena.
He hit the headlines this morning after posting a photo of himself in court following his notorious DUI arrest in January 2014.
As proof of how far he has come in transforming his image from a pop brat to a mature artist, he captioned them with the words: "Mugshot #jailsnotacoolplacetobe, #notfun #neveragain.”
But here's hoping his Irish fans are more polite than those in Sweden, who apparently were up in arms after he refused to perform his 'Despacito' remix.
The singer was on stage at the Summerburst Festival in Stockholm when a fan asked him to sing his verse on his collaboration with Latin artists Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee.
However, the pint-sized star declined as apparently he doesn't know the Spanish lyrics, promoting someone to hurl a water bottle at him.
The Spanish song has been a chart-topping hit for the trio, but Justin has yet to properly learn the words. He attempted to perform the song at New York City's 1OAK club last month, but ended up improvising his own lyrics.
He was caught on camera singing, "I don't know the words so I say, 'Dorito'/I don't know the words so I say, 'Dorito'/I don't know the words so I say 'Dorito'/Despacito/I ate a burrito/I just want a burrito."
