Justin Bieber fans who shelled out €2000 for VIP tickets including meet and greets with the star are facing a double blow.

Not only will Beliebers not meet their idol after he cancelled all meet and greets, but they can't get a refund unless they forfeit their ticket and entire package.

Whilst Bieber is perfectly entitled to look after his mental health - he cited personal and mental health issues for cancelling - some of the affected fans are feeling more than a little miffed.

Adding insult to injury, those who choose to keep their VIP tickets with the best seats in the house - in the pit - and attend the concert are reportedly encountering a cardboard cutout Beebs rather than the man himself.

Fans have posted information on the #IllShowYou VIP package refunds to Twitter, which states that there are "no partial refunds" and fans would be "forfeiting your ticket in exchange for your money back."

The 22-year-old star has been under fire from fans and media in recent days.

However, it appears Bieber may actually be even angrier about the situation than his fans with the Naughty Gossip website quoting a source as saying he wants fans to get full refunds and keep their concert tickets.

The 114-date Purpose Tour kicked off on March 9 in Seattle, Washington.
