Mr Hudson will headline a fundraising gig for victims of the Haiti earthquake.
The Supernova star will be joined by The Futureheads, Bombay Bicycle Club, Magic Numbers and Seasick Steve at the Roundhouse in London on February 25, with more acts to be announced.
The Maccabees, Zero 7, Gavin And Stacey star Mathew Horne and Kate Nash will be showing off their skills on the DJ deck, and presenters for the night include Edith Bowman, George Lamb, David Baddiel, Rick Edward and Charlie Brooker.
"We're appealing to all music fans to get involved - sign up, join in and give as much as you can, every little penny helps," said organiser Katrina Larkin.
All the money raised from the gig will be donated to ActionAid and Medecins Sans Frontieres to support their work saving and re-building the lives of those affected by the Haiti earthquake.
Tickets are on sale from 2pm on January 22 and can be purchased directly from the HEF website - www.haitiearthquakefundraiser.com.
