Megan Mullally has admitted her famous Will And Grace character, Karen Walker, wouldn't like her show.
The US actress has brought her band, Supreme Music Program, for eight gigs at London's Vaudeville Theatre, and claimed her outspoken on-screen persona wouldn't think too highly of the performance.
"I think Karen would come in as [alter-ego] Anastasia Beaverhausen and halfway through, she would stand up and say, 'Hey, what the F is that?', rip off her disguise and storm out trailing handguns and money behind her," she said.
Megan, who has been with the band for 12 years, explained they do covers of songs, including the Rolling Stones hit Back Street Girl and Randy Newman's Guilty.
"We're the thinking man's cover band. We do songs from almost every genre of music, except reggae, rap and ska," she said.
"It's really a lot of fun. I actually pick the songs myself very carefully, then we arrange them collaboratively. We've done a lot of songs over the years - we have over 80 songs in our repertoire. I try to pick songs that I think will be right for the venue we're playing."
