McCartney performs romantic NY show
Paul McCartney treated fans in New York to a special show to celebrate Valentine's Day.
The former Beatle took to the stage for nearly two hours at the city's Irving Plaza.
"Tonight is about love," he told his audience, as rose petals fell.
A host of celebs were on hand to see the star, including Peyton Manning, Eddie Murphy, Emma Stone, Tom Hanks and US Secretary of State John Kerry.
Jim Carrey, Paul Rudd, Kristen Wiig, Q-Tip, Charlie Day, Jason Sudeikis, David Spade, Andy Cohen and Billy Crystal were also in the crowd as Macca performed excitedly on guitar and keys, singing Hey Jude, Drive My Car, Let It Be and Carry That Weight.
"New York City, you have been fantastic tonight," he said as the show came to an end. "We love you."
