Mark Ronson records song with Amy?
Mark Ronson has revealed he has been working with Amy Winehouse - and he hopes to add some touches to her forthcoming new album.
The producer, who took to the stage with his new band The Business International at the Lovebox festival in London at the weekend, said the pair had already made a song together.
"I'm not sure if she's working on a new album yet, but we made a song a month ago so we definitely are working together and I hope we get to work on her album," he said.
But Ronson was tight-lipped about Lily Allen's retirement from music.
"I haven't spoken to her in a little while so I don't really know where her head is at," he said.
"She definitely had enough success that she could retire if she wanted to... but her reasons for it, I'm not sure what they are."
The Bang Bang musician said he is also working with his DJ sister Sam at present - and he says they work past their sibling rivalry to create good music.
"She's working on an album right now so we're going to be working together on that," he revealed.
He added: "We argue all the time but we're also really close and we love each other. If we had an argument in the studio it's only because we both want it to be great, not because we hate each other."
