Lulu insists she doesn't care about being called granny.
The glamorous singer's only son Jordan and venture capitalist wife Alana Rice recently became parents to Lulu's first grandchild, Isabella Rose.
Lulu, 61, revealed: "Being a grandmother has a very subtle effect on you - there's been a lot of discussion about what Isabella is going to call me, a lot of speculation, it's a big question in Lulu land, but I really don't care."
The star recently published a book called Secrets To Looking Good.
Last year, she was joined by Anastacia and Chaka Khan on her sell-out Here Come The Girls UK tour and she admits there was a slight battle of the divas backstage.
Lulu revealed: "God, they've both got beautiful faces. You've got to look half decent standing next to those two.
"It wasn't a piece of cake. Three A-type personality females, not having worked in a group before.
"It was quite a journey agreeing on the clothes, the songs, how much rehearsal we needed. But once we were on that stage I loved it. I'm at home."
