Lily Allen has revealed she is hoping to release an album in the next year.
The Smile singer - who is expecting her second child with husband Sam Cooper - told NME that she has already been in the studio and that her new music will deal with her experiences since becoming a mum to the couple's ten-month-old daughter Ethel.
The star, who recently revealed she would be changing her professional name to Lily Rose Cooper, said: "I'm not going to put anything out until I've got an end product which I think's amazing - or, you know, good."
Lily, 27, added: "I don't think there's going to be anything out in the next few months. But hopefully in the next year."
