Lady Gaga opens up about sexuality
Lady Gaga has apparently revealed that she has experimented with women in the past.
The Born This Way singer is dating The Vampire Diaries actor Taylor Kinney, but said that she likes women too, according to reports.
Gaga spilled the beans to host Andy Cohen on US TV show Watch What Happens Live, saying: "Well, I've taken a few dips in the lady pond. I like girls. I've said that."
The 26-year-old said she finds lesbians more "daring" than heterosexual men.
She explained: "For me, it's similar to how I feel about guys. It's more of an energy thing. I used to go to lesbian clubs all the time. I like them because I find lesbians to be way more daring than straight men, when it comes to coming on to you. And I really like that. And it wasn't until I found a guy that could come onto me as strong as a lesbian that I fell in love."
Gaga also chatted about fellow pop singer Miley Cyrus during her interview, insisting people should "lighten up and leave her alone".
Miley has sparked controversy with her latest antics, including her raunchy performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, but Gaga - no stranger to controversy herself - said everyone was entitled to express themselves artistically.
"She's 20 years old, and if anything, I give her props because she's growing up in front of the entire world and maybe she's not so happy with the things that she did in her career when she was younger and she wants to be free," she said. "Let her do what she wants."
