Katy: Morrissey's wedding warning

Katy Perry has claimed that Morrissey warned her and husband-to-be Russell Brand off getting married.
The California Gurls singer said she had tea with the former Smiths frontman - who is friends with Russell - and while they all got on, Morrissey appeared to question their decision to get married.
Katy told Q magazine: "I met him for the first time the other day. Russell is a mate of his and we had tea together. He is fascinating but he was giving us a hard time about getting married. He sort of swooned and sighed and said, 'oh, left hand third finger, don't do it'."
Katy also revealed she got on well with a couple of Russell's other friends - Jonathan Ross and Noel Gallagher.
"One of the benefits of dating a guy like Russell is at least you know that you are going to like most of his friends. They are all pretty interesting. Morrissey is my favourite. I know him and Jonathan share a pretty out-there sense of humour, and I've met Noel Gallagher a few times.
"What I love about Oasis and Morrissey and Jonathan is that they all have these different accents. They're like different dialects, but when you check it out, they're all just cursing a lot but basically saying the same thing."
And while Russell has educated Katy on the likes of Blur and Oasis, the singer has been bigging-up Brit singers Marina Diamandis and Ellie Goulding.
"Russell's all about The Stone Roses, Morrissey and Oasis," she said. "I've also tried to introduce him to some of the great new English singers, like Marina And The Diamonds and Ellie Goulding. I'm giving my man the very best!"
