The singer was due to start her Unbreakable tour in Birmingham on March 30 before visiting London, Glasgow and Manchester but the shows have been cancelled due to "scheduling" issues.

An email from Ticketmaster said: "The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that, due to scheduling difficulties, they've had to postpone the Unbreakable tour.

"It is not possible to confirm new dates at the present time so we are refunding all ticket holders."

Her show in Dublin and further dates on the European leg of her tour in Germany, France, Belgium and The Netherlands have also been postponed.

Jackson is yet to release a statement, but she denied rumours she had been diagnosed with cancer earlier this year when she postponed 29 US dates after having surgery.

She wrote in a statement then: "I'm recovering. My doctors have approved my concerts as scheduled in Europe, and as I promised, the postponed shows will be rescheduled. Thank you for your prayers and love."

Jackson had shared her excitement at taking the tour to Europe and tweeted on February 4 that she was on the continent and preparing for her shows.

She was spotted smiling on the front row of Haider Ackermann's show as Paris Fashion Week on March 5.
