Troubled pop star Kesha has just emerged from rehab and took to Twitter to ensure fans that she is feeling healthy again.

The 27-year-old announced her arrival back to Los Angeles with some messages and a picture of herself gazing out of an airplane.

The starlet was admitted into rehab at the beginning of January to seek treatment for anorexia and bulimia.

‘‘Happy to be back! Feeling healthy & working on tons of new music.

‘‘I can't thank my fans enough for all the love & support u have given me,” she tweeted.

The singer seemed relieved to be returning to her normal life again adding, “Life is beautiful. I'm so blessed to have u all.’’

She entered a rehab centre in Chicago on January 3 to treat an eating disorder.

Kesha spoke out to her fans during her stay at the rehab facility.

‘‘Hey It's Kesha from treatment. I just wanted to say that this is really hard and necessary work. I'm grateful for all the love and support,’’ she tweeted in late January.

The 27-year-old announced her arrival back to Los Angeles with some messages and a picture of herself gazing out of an airplane.

She was absent from her social media throughout most of her stint in rehab.

In February, the star vowed to come back "stronger" as she postponed her US tour to continue her rehab programme.

"I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour," she said.

"I was so looking forward to performing at these dates but I need to follow my doctor's advice and get my health back on track.

"All of your support during this time has been so amazing. I couldn't have done this without you all. I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour," she added.

When news first broke that she was seeking treatment in rehab, her mother spoke to the media about her daughter’s illness.

“[The doctors] told me her blood pressure and sodium were so low they'd never seen that, except with someone who'd had a heart attack or stroke. They said it was a miracle she hadn't dropped dead onstage,’’ said mum Pebe Sebert.

The singer did not have access to Twitter but asked a friend to send out a kind message to fans on her behalf.

"This is Kesha's friend," read the tweet. "She asked me to tweet an update for her because she doesn't have access to Twitter right now. She says 'THANK YOU. SOOO MUCH. I'm overwhelmed to tears by all of the love, letters, and support!! I'll be back soon and better than ever.'"
