George: Culture Club may reunite
Boy George is considering a Culture Club reunion to mark the group's 30th anniversary.
The singer, who was jailed last year for assaulting and falsely imprisoning a male escort, said he may line up a "one-off gig or maybe a small tour".
He told Radio 5 Live presenter Victoria Derbyshire it would depend on his mood at the time.
George, who said he was on good terms with former bandmates, previously reunited with the group for a series of dates in the United States 12 years ago. There was also a one-off show in 2002.
"It's our 30-year anniversary next year so we may do something - maybe a bar mitzvah, I don't know," he joked.
"It really depends on the reasons for doing it. The last reason we did it, obviously we had the big hit with I Just Wanna Be Loved and there seemed a point to that because we were doing something new.
"But unfortunately, with all these reunions you get to a point where you start remembering why you left."
The band scored a string of chart hits in the early 1980s including Do You Really Want To Hurt Me and Karma Chameleon, but the group fell apart in 1986 in the wake of rows and George's drug use.
George said: "Who knows, maybe next year we could do something but I don't know if it would be a prolonged thing. I think we could do a one-off gig or maybe a small tour, I don't know.
"There's a part of me that thinks I should do it, but we'll see. It's all about my mood at the time."
