Jamie Foxx has said it was amazing teaming up with Will.i.am on a song for their new animated film Rio.
"Will.i.am, I mean that's big business," the actor laughed at a special press day for the film in LA .
The Academy Award-winning actor admitted: "We worked in the studio together on the music, to watch him work was amazing."
The 43-year-old star plays Bobby, the yellow canary, in the bird tale which is set in South America.
"It was my first time doing this so it was a lot of fun. I had pockets of feathers every time I went to work, I worked on my bird impersonations. I really got into it, it was fantastic!" he laughed.
Ahead of the film's UK release in April, producers laid on the special party to reveal there will also be a special edition of the massively popular mobile app Angry Birds based around the movie.
Jamie revealed his family has already given the film a thumbs up.
"I had my little daughter watch it and she was like 'wow, that's dad's voice' so it was amazing," he said.
