Fans have been sharing images of a bright rainbow which arched over Paisley Park in the hours after Prince's death.
Paisley Park Studios outside Minneapolis is where the singer lived and recorded and where he was found dead on Thursday.
He recorded nearly 30 albums there from 1987 and fans have been flocking to the site since Thursday night to pay their respects.
Many have been leaving purple flowers and tributes around the environs of the building.
The rainbow vanished just minutes after it appeared but countless fans had captured the poignant moment.
