The rapper scored a double victory as his fourth album Views took the top spot for the second time, pipping Beyonce's Lemonade to the post by just under 800 sales.

It was an equally close race in the singles chart, with Justin Timberlake's summery track Can't Stop The Feeling leading at the mid-way stage in the week, but falling to second behind Drake, and Calvin Harris and Rihanna's This Is What You Came pushed down to three.

Drake is now just one week behind matching Mark Ronson's seven weeks at the top of the singles chart with Uptown Funk last year.

Completing the top five were Sia's Cheap Thrills at 4 and Mike Posner's I Took A Pill In Ibiza.

In the albums chart, Norwegian DJ Kygo debuted at three with Cloud Nine, last week's number one from Radiohead, A Moon Shaped Pool, is at four and and Meghan Trainor's new album Thank You is at five.
