Irish fans of the superstar singer could be getting two for the price of one as the crooner is due to be joined on-stage by her rapper hubbie.

Jay Z, with whom she has a baby Blue Ivy (2), has been making nightly guest appearances on his wife's tour in the UK.

The rapper (44) has been surprising fans by joining his wife in the middle of her concerts and performing Drunk in Love with her.

Last Wednesday night saw them stepping out together in London for a romantic dinner date following her sell-out performance there as part of the Mrs Carter Show World Tour. The couple have a combined wealth of ¿800m and are one of the most powerful couples in showbiz.

An inside source said: "He has been by her side for most of her UK tour and Ireland looks like it will be no exception. He's a big fan of Dublin so is expected to come over with Beyonce to support her during her dates."

Given that she's booked into the Fitzwilliam hotel with her sizeable entourage, she's in the perfect spot to enjoy an intimate date night while she's here.

One of the perks of the ¿2,750 a night Penthouse is that guests can have dinner from Kevin Thornton's Michelin-starred restaurant.

It also comes complete with its own 24-hour butler to cater to her every whim.

Meanwhile, excitement is at fever pitch ahead of the first of four sell-out gigs at the O2 Dublin tonight.

She has been receiving rave reviews for her energetic stage shows which sees her wowing crowds with a dizzying array of stunning outfits.

Her outfits have been designed especially for her by Atelier Versace and she performs no less than seven changes during the show.

She belts out a medley of her usual hits including Single Ladies, Crazy in Love, XO as well as songs from her new album.

Earlier this week the Herald revealed exactly what Beyonce expects backstage at her show in the O2, Dublin.

The Single Ladies star has requested Jo Malone candles at ¿100 each and two bars of Irish Spring soap to be in her dressing room.

And Queen Bey has demanded that the temperature is set exactly at 72F and decorated in all white.

A devoted mum, Beyonce also specified every room she uses must be "baby-proofed."

The singer also has a long list of dietary requirements including a "large turkey deli tray" along with a jar of green olives and jalapenos as well as bananas, strawberries, freshly-cut pineapple, grapefruits and hard-boiled eggs.

But it's not all strictly healthy for the bootilicious star -- she has also included a bag of Cheetos on the list and a jar of peanut butter.
