SEQUINS, sparkles and energetic dance moves were in full flow over the weekend as Beyonce made her mark on the capital.

But while the superstar’s backing dancers continued partying the night away after the sell-out gig at the O2, Queen Bey (left) opted to put her feet up after the energetic show.

While she was her usual ‘fierce’ self on stage, the mum-of-one kept things low key after her performances, preferring to chill out in her hotel with her husband, R ‘n' B star Jay Z, and their daughter, Blue Ivy.

The singer is staying at the exclusive Fitzwilliam Hotel until her run of Dublin gigs comes to an end this week and has forked out €14,000 for the five-star location.

Beyonce (32) and her |family touched down in Dublin Airport on Saturday evening before making her way to the 02 where she played an energy-sapping 100-minute set.

Beyonce's entire crew – including backing singers, dancers and management – partied the night away in The Wright Venue in Swords on Saturday night.

Balloons, vodka shots and tunes were a staple feature of the night as her singers, The Mamas, took to the stage for an exclusive performance.

“Beyonce’s manager said that she doesn't really go out anymore because she is a mum now,” a source told the Herald. “They released 200 balloons into the crowd and were pouring vodka shots for people. A singer from The Mamas was also up performing her own songs so it was a great night.”

Last night, the party-lovers' turned to city centre hotspot The Grafton Lounge where The Mamas were due to host the exclusive Mrs Carter Show World Tour after-party.

More than 14,000 fans made their way to the O2 last night for the second of her sold-out run of shows.
