Adele's boyfriend surprised her by making a sweet change to her concert confetti.
Adele and her boyfriend Simon Konecki recently celebrated their fifth anniversary while the musician was performing in Nashville, Tennessee over the weekend.
As a romantic gesture, Simon decided to hijak Adele's confetti spectacle end-of-show finale.
Normally as Adele sings her final song of the night, white confetti with her handwritten lyrics fall down from the ceiling onto her fans. But on Sunday, Simon swapped the song lyrics for pink, handwritten love notes to surprise his wife.

Among the confetti were sweet phrases like, “You are an angel <3,” “I love you,” and “Love you long time.”
The pair are parents to son Angelo (three) and Adele has credited Simon with helping her success.
Speaking to 60 Minutes Australia in 2015, she said: "Being in such an amazing relationship with someone that's so there for me and so loyal and is really part of my core now. That's what made me write about everything I've ever done, because I've got his love."

I really hope they filmed behind the scenes of when Adele finished the show last night and realised that the pink confetti was from Simon— Daydreamer (@sofia_papag) October 17, 2016
