One Direction's Harry Styles has taken up Pilates to sort out his posture.

The Up All Night singer - who has just celebrated his 18th birthday, has been advised to try the muscle mind-control technique to help him stand tall, The Sun reports

Harry blames a paper round from when he was younger and said: "I have bad posture and I've been told to take Pilates once a week."

And Harry isn't the only member of One Direction in need of physiotherapy in the middle of their promotional tour of Europe.

Niall Horan revealed: "I dislocated my knee playing football one time. When I got checked by the specialist I was told I've got a 67 per cent chance of walking down the street and my knee dislocating itself."

The boys will be back in the UK for the Brits on February 21, where they're up for Best Single for their debut What Makes You Beautiful, and will then tour America for a month.
