The trailer for the Usain Bolt movie has landed.

I Am Bolt is a documentary that looks at the behind-the-scenes antics of the world's fastest man.

While the Olympic champion appears confident on the track, he admits that he suffers from the same insecurities as everyone else and constantly doubts his performance.

“I’m the type of person, I get nervous before my first race," Bolt says.

"Every year I worry, am I still fast?

"This year I’ve said, I’m having doubts, I’m not motivated, but then everything changed."

The documentary aims to shatter the party-boy illusions that many people have about the celebrity athlete and lifts the curtain on the gruelling mental training that comes with being a world-class, Olympic superstar. Viewers are treated to an insight on the man behind the legend.

"My aim with making this film is to show people how my life really is,” says Bolt.

“What I’ve been through to get me where I am today, the ups and the downs, and an insight into what I am thinking and feeling. I know a lot of people around the world feel like they know me already but I’m excited for everyone to see the real me in I Am Bolt.”

The film will premiere on November 28 in London and will be simulcast to cinemas around the world
