Stars from the third instalment of the Step Up franchise have promised Step Up: 3D will "change the way you see 3D".
Dancers from the new movie packed out the red carpet in Hollywood to show off their moves to movie-goers in the States.
"I think it's going to change the way we see dance and the way you see 3D, it's going to be a fun ride," promised director Jon Chu.
The film's leading man Rick Malambri insisted: "It's going to blow your mind, you feel like you're immersed in this battle and you're part of this crew."
Former Home and Away actress Sharni Vinson (who played Cassie Turner on the show) said performing the 3D shots hadn't been painless.
"I fractured two toes on my right foot," she revealed. "I do a great move in the world jam where I do a big jump towards the camera which is all in 3D and I land on my knees. This one particular time I didn't quite land on my knees, I landed on my toes and they crunched over. That wasn't so good!" she laughed.
Alyson Stoner, who played Camille in the first Step Up film, revealed she was shocked to be invited back for the third: "It's so exciting, I had no idea! I actually thought the girl from the second movie was my character grown up so I thought there was no way.
"I got the call and I was just on my hands and knees thanking God, it was so much fun to make," she explained.
