Stars author shares set videos
Shailene Woodley fans are being given a sneak peak behind the scenes of her latest movie The Fault In Our Stars.
The Descendants actress - who plays a teen battling cancer in the film adaptation of John Green's bestselling novel - is one of the stars featured in a series of videos from the set, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The videos are posted by author Green, and see him chatting to the actors and giving an inside look at the filmmaking process.
In the most recent clip, he is seen asking Shailene and co-star Ansel Elgort whether they actually read his book.
Shailene, 21, replies: "I've read the book multiple times and it's definitely one of my favourite books, meaning that it's kind of my second favourite. It's in my top two favourite books ever."
When the author quizzes her about the book she preferred to his, she says: "I have to say that I really love 1984."
The writer also revealed some of the less glamorous details of making a movie.
"I've lived in an apartment smaller than this porta potty," he said. "It has both a toilet and a urinal. It also smells great in here. It smells like angels and stardust. I am serious. This is a fancy porta potty."
The Fault In Our Stars follows teenagers Hazel (Shailene) and Augustus (Ansel), who meet at a support group for young people with cancer. They take a trip to Amsterdam to meet their favourite author Peter Van Houten (Willem Dafoe).
Laura Dern and Sam Trammell will also star in the film.
