Seyfried and Bloom join Nobbs cast
Amanda Seyfried and Orlando Bloom have joined the cast of period drama Albert Nobbs.
Jonathan Rhys Meyers is also on board Glenn Close's movie adaptation of her award-winning stage performance in The Singular Life Of Albert Nobbs, according to Deadline New York.
Close co-wrote the script with writer John Banville about a woman in 19th century Ireland who disguises herself as a man in order to survive and work, but finds herself in an unusual love triangle which leads to bitterness and regret.
Michael Gambon is also among the cast, and Rodrigo Garcia will start directing the film on location in Dublin this June.
Close will produce with Bonnie Curtis, Julie Lynn and Alan Moloney.
