Rose Byrne refused to spill the beans on reports she'll be starring in the next X-Men movie as she attended a glitzy tea party in Los Angeles.
"Well, I feel like I don't want to get in trouble so I'm just not going to say anything," the actress teased at Bafta LA's exclusive event in Beverly Hills.
However, the Aussie star - who is reported to have signed up to play Dr Moira MacTaggert in Matthew Vaughn's X-Men: First Class - did confess to being a fan of the hit films.
"Yeah absolutely, but I'll refrain from commenting," she laughed.
Rose revealed she's enjoyed having the time to make a few films while on a break from her TV series Damages.
"We start up again in January so I've been working on movies for the summer," she said.
"I love the show and I'm very grateful. I think it's a re-inventive show for the legal genre and I think it broke a lot of ground. It's so unique and Glenn Close is one of the best actresses we've ever had."
The 31-year-old said she is as proud of her TV work as she is of her films.
"Time constraints are the biggest difference and there's less interaction with the director but I'm a huge fan of American television. I think now it's a really exciting time for TV and I'll always be honoured to have been a part of it," she said.
