Rodriguez dips into skinny movie
Danny Trejo and Michelle Rodriguez are set to act together again in new indie drama Skinny Dip, according to reports.
Hollywood hardman Danny and actress Michelle are already co-starring in Machete, which is due out in September.
Now The Los Angeles Times reports that both will star in Skinny Dip, a revenge movie.
The film, to be co-directed and produced by Danny's son Gilbert, centres around the story of a young woman who kills a policeman.
Danny has joked that he hopes his son, who is directing Skinny Dip with young filmmaker Frankie Latina, makes it as a filmmaker "so he can give me a job."
Machete, which also stars Steven Seagal, Lindsay Lohan, Robert De Niro and Jessica Alba, sees Danny play a part he describes as the "first Latino superhero."
Directed by Robert Rodriguez and Ethan Maniquis, Machete is an expansion of a fake trailer that was released together with the 2007 feature Grindhouse.
