Pettyfer feels Star Wars force?

Alex Pettyfer has met film bosses about a role in Star Wars: Episode VII, according to reports.
It's rumoured that the Magic Mike actor discussed an "unknown" role which could be Luke Skywalker's son in the seventh instalment, to be directed by JJ Abrams, according to the Los Angeles Times' Latino Review.
Ryan Gosling has already denied that he has auditioned for the same part, which Zac Efron was also rumoured to be up for.
Peter Pan star Rachel Hurd-Wood has reportedly read for the role of Leia and Han Solo's daughter, the only actress to have tried out for the part so far.
Zachary Quinto has denied that he is reuniting with director JJ in the Star Wars movie.
He told fans during at a Canadian expo: "I don't think I could do it, I really don't. And I don't think I would do it"
The franchise's original stars - Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill - are reported to be returning for the next film.
Ewan McGregor, who played Obi-Wan Kenobi in the newer Star Wars films, is also rumoured to return as a Force Ghost.
Official casting announcements are expected around October, before production starts in January 2014.
Star Wars: Episode VII is due out in 2015.
