Pattinson reveals Cosmopolis cast
Robert Pattinson has revealed British actress Samantha Morton will be joining him in David Cronenberg's Cosmopolis.
French star Juliette Binoche and Paul Giamatti will also star in the upcoming drama, based on the novel by Don DeLillo, in which the Twilight heartthrob plays multi-millionaire Eric Packer who goes on a 24-hour adventure around New York.
"I know Juliette Binoche is in it now, and Samantha Morton. It's going to be a crazy cast - like, I have a feeling it's going to be amazing," he told MTV.com.
Robert, who stars in Water For Elephants with Reese Witherspoon, was initially joined by Marion Cotillard, who later dropped out because of her pregnancy. Keira Knightley was rumoured to be on board, but has denied it.
The actor assured a new leading lady has been picked but kept her identity under wraps, saying: "There is, I think, but I don't think I'm allowed to say it yet."
He added the acclaimed filmmaker was one of the pulls of the project.
"I had read the script about eight months ago and thought wow, this is something that hasn't been made in a long time," Robert continued.
"Which I think, like Water For Elephants as well, I'm just trying to find that kind of stuff, because what else is the point? There's so much generic, everything's the same. So you might as well attempt to try something different."
