Alex O'Loughlin has said he'd love to be the next James Bond.
The Back-Up Plan actor once auditioned for the iconic role and joked that he didn't like to be reminded of that fact.
"It's really nice because everybody who asks me about that is essentially asking me about the biggest audition of my life that I never got, so thank you for the reminder," he said.
He added that he would still like the role if it came his way, saying: "It would be an honour to play James Bond."
In The Back-Up Plan, Alex plays a man who meets the love of his life - played by Jennifer Lopez - on the day she falls pregnant from artificial insemination.
He said his favourite scene of the film is when he and J-Lo's character go to witness a waterbirth.
"I think that that's the funniest scene I've ever been involved in, and it was the most difficult scenes to film because we were all laughing so much, and it's my favourite scene in the movie," he said.
