Mystery ruling due in Lohan case
The judge handling Lindsay Lohan's criminal case plans to issue an unspecified ruling a day before her attorneys are due in court, a court official has revealed.
Los Angeles Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini said Judge Elden Fox plans to issue the ruling this afternoon (August 24). Parachini said he had no additional details.
Li-Lo is currently serving a 90-day sentence in a rehabilitation programme, but there have been unconfirmed reports that she will be released early.
The Mean Girls star spent 14 days in jail and was taken to rehab on August 2 after another judge determined she violated her probation in a 2007 drug case.
A prosecutor and Lohan's attorney are due in court for a hearing on August 25.
