Chris Hemsworth's stunt double for Thor had to eat 35 times a day to achieve his Norse-godlike body but his diet is surprisingly uncomplicated.
With movie star looks of his own, Bobby Holland Hanton has also done stunts for Hollywood beefcakes like Channing Tatum, Christian Bale, and Daniel Craig.
He's been working with Chris Hemsworth since his Snow White and The Huntsman days, as his primary stunt double.
The former former British gymnast revealed to Buzzfeed that he eats 35 times a day Tto get "anywhere near" Hemsworth's size.
He said his diet consists mainly of grilled chicken, turkey, spinach, natural nuts and boiled eggs.
And to beef up for Marvel, he has to fit in two training sessions a day.
The 31-year-old has starred in some of the biggest TV shows and movies of the year, including Bond film Spectre, Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens and Game of Thrones.
Speaking to GQ recently, the the two-time Taurus World Stunt Awards nominee said: “Because of my background is in gymnastics, my muscle memory is such that I can get to a larger size quite quickly.
“It’s probably easier for me to get bigger than it is dropping all the weight.”
He also revealed to the men's magazine that he allows himself a cheat day.
"Usually on a Sunday - I should do just a cheat meal but I do the whole day - I’ll eat whatever I want. I’ll have bread, chocolate, Chinese food, et cetera. It’s my way to have something to look forward to during the week."
He also shared his typical daily diet plan.
Four poached eggs, two grilled chicken breasts, avocado
Tuna tossed with quinoa, nuts and olive oil
Lunch, after workout
Grilled steak with sweet potato
Handful of nuts, grilled chicken breast
Brown rice with grilled white fish, bowl of cooked peas, and carrots
Cup of brown rice with tuna
