'Sheesha Ronan' - Dennis Quaid stumbles over Saoirse Ronan tongue twister at Golden Globe nominations

Our lovely Irish names don't travel too well and actor Dennis Quaid fell foul of one of our best when he attempted to pronounce Saoirse Ronan's name during the Golden Globe nominations.
Quaid (61) was naming the nominees in the Best Actress - Drama category when he hit the Saoirse wall and ended up announcing 'Sheesha' Ronan, whoever she is, as one of the nominees.
His gaffe didn't get past Twitter, of course, where he was lambasted for 'butchering' the Irish actress's name.
Earlier this week Saoirse was celebrating the fact that nobody screwed up her name at the Screen Actors Guild Awards.
"I’ve been lucky enough to be a working actor for almost 10 years and the mere fact that people can finally pronounce my name is pretty exciting!," the 21 year-old said in a statement.
Someone may have spoken too soon...
In fairness, it wasn't quite as bad as John Travolta introducing Idina Menzel and Adele Nazeem during the 86th annual Academy Awards last year.
For future reference Dennis should probably take a look at this:
I can't wait for Dennis Quaid's apology when he starts mauling Saoirse Ronan's face, constantly repeating "Sheeshaw. Sheeshaw. Sheeshaw."— Christopher Cross (@HammerkopCross) December 10, 2015
Good noms for The Golden Globes!!! And Dennis Quaid butchered Saoirse Ronan's name...I would've too, though #GoldenGlobes— Kenya Brock (@TheKenyaBrock) December 10, 2015
