Irish actor Pierce Brosnan has paid tribute to his 'Mrs Doubtfire' co-star Robin Williams on his official Facebook page.
The post follows his comments yesterday expressing his "deep sadness" at the news of Williams' untimely death.
The pair had worked together on hugely popular 1993 family film, 'Mrs Doubtfire' in which Brosnan played Williams' love rival.
Brosnan posted, "Dear Robin...you made me laugh like no other...You bedazzled the world with your brilliant genius. Mrs Doubtfire and you will forever be in my heart, and the memory of you good man, shall remain constant through out my days."
He continued, "It was a joy to work with you on a film that will be passed on from generation to generation. And to your loving family I extend my deepest heartfelt sympathies and prayers. Peace be with you. Pierce."
The star posted a black and white image of the cast with Williams' in make-up as Mrs Doubtfire.
It is believed that the cast of 'Mrs Doubtfire' had been in discussions - since the film's 20th anniversary last year - to make a sequel to the comedy next year.
The movie, made on a budget of just $25m, went on to gross $450m at the box office, and proved one of the biggest comedy hits of the 1990s.
