Universal has released a new trailer for Steve Jobs, starring Michael Fassbender as the man behind the big Apple.

The film premiered at the Telluride Film Festival in the US and is already creating Oscar buzz, hailing Fassbender's performance as ''enthralling'' and ''stunning."

The Danny Boyle-directed film also stars Kate Winslet as Joanna Hoffman, former marketing chief of Mackintosh; Seth Rogen as Steve Wozniack, co-founder of Apple, and Jeff Daniels as former Apple CEO John Sculley.

The film is set backstage at three iconic product launches and ends in 1998 with the unveiling of the iMac.

In addition to his technological advancements, the film also deals with Jobs' personal drama - such as the strife among his colleagues and his failings as a husband, father, and friend.

Steve Wozniack praised the film saying "I felt like I was watching Steve Jobs."

The film is set for release in Ireland on November 13, 2015.
