Fifty Shades of Grey may not be releasing until February next year but Jamie Dornan is capitalising on his increased profile with a series of new roles.
The Wrap reports that the Northern Irish star has just signed to play the lead role in psychological thriller The 9th Life of Louis Drax.
Jamie (32) has landed a series of roles since he hit the big time with Fifty Shades of Grey, in which he plays wealthy businessman and S&M fan Christian Grey.
Based on the 2004 best-selling novel by Liz Jensen, Jamie will play Dr. Allan Pascal in the big screen adaptation.
Dr Pascal tests the boundaries of fantasy and reality after he starts to investigate the circumstances surrounding the near fatal fall of Louis Drax on his ninth birthday.
Max Minghella is on screenwriting duties. His father, Anthony, was lined up to direct before his untimely death in 2008 at the age of just 54.
Jamie is also thought to be in talks with Guy Richie to star in his King Arthur film series.
However, the former Calvin Klein model's first movie after 50 Shades will see him in the leading role in home-grown film, The Siege of Jadotville.
After wrapping on Fifty Shades, Jamie returned to his native Northern Ireland to film the second season of hit BBC2 drama, The Fall.
Set in Belfast, the series stars Anderson as PSNI Detective Superintendent Stella Gilbson who travels from London's Metropolitan Police Service to help to investigate a series of murders.
Dornan plays serial killer Paul Spector.
