Ben Affleck has revealed that his fighting style as Batman in Batman Vs Superman was inspired by the combat of UFC, specifically Conor McGregor's techniques.
While promoting his new movie, Batman Vs Superman: Dawn of Justice, Affleck revealed that he looked to UFC for inspiration on fighting techniques.
The Hollywood star who plays Batman/Bruce Wayne in the movie said he was specifically influenced by featherweight, world champion Conor McGregor.
“He’s a little bit more of a brawler. You kind of get a feeling like physical, visceral slugger-thing,” said Affleck.
“The fights are more like smash-mouth, kind of UFC-influenced, like Conor McGregor style”.
Batman puts his McGregor-inspired skills to the test when he squares up to Superman in the movie (played by Henry Cavill) in a fight for superhero supremacy.
