Marsden to replace Walker in film?
James Marsden looks set to replace late actor Paul Walker in The Best Of Me.
The Anchorman 2 actor is in "early talks" about taking on the role in the big screen adaptation of author Nicholas Sparks' new book, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
It comes after Paul's death in a car accident in November.
If James is cast, he will star opposite Michelle Monaghan in the romance about a pair of former high school sweethearts who are reunited when they both return to their hometown.
Meanwhile, Rupert Friend looks set to take over from Fast And Furious star Paul in another of his planned projects, Agent 47.
The Homeland star is in negotiations about the part, according to The Wrap.
The action movie is a reboot of the 2007 Timothy Olyphant film Hitman.
Paul, who starred in five of the six Fast And Furious movies, was killed on November 30 when the Porsche Carrera GT he was a passenger in smashed into a lamppost and tree and burst into flames. The actor's friend and financial adviser, Roger Rodas, who was driving, also died.
