Longoria: I'm a long-term activist
Eva Longoria has said she wants to be a voice for thousands of silent children working in deplorable conditions around the world.
The Desperate Housewives star is the executive producer for Harvest, a documentary following three migrant boys as they work 14-hour days in US fields along the border with Mexico.
Eva said she wants "to be the voice of these children no one listens to".
The 36-year-old actress attended the documentary's premiere at this weekend's Mexico's Guadalajara International Film Festival and revealed she was an activist long before being famous.
She added: "I've been helping people since I was little."
