Katy Perry to voice Smurfette

Katy Perry has signed up to voice a character in the forthcoming Smurfs film.
The I Kissed A Girl singer is joined by Alan Cumming, George Lopez and Jonathan Winters in the all-star cast, Variety reports.
Katy, who is engaged to British comedian Russell Brand, is in line to voice Smurfette, while 84-year-old Jonathan, who voiced multiple characters on the long-running Hanna-Barbera cartoon, will play Papa Smurf.
Alan Cumming is taking on Gutsy Smurf and George Lopez will play Grouchy Smurf.
Neil Patrick Harris has already signed on to play the film's live-action character.
