Milla Jovovich has dropped some spoilers about Resident Evil: Retribution.

The star, who will reprise her role as action heroine Alice in the fourth instalment of the sci-fi series, revealed that Prison Break's Wentworth Miller and Heroes actress Ali Larter will not return because their characters Chris and Claire "have been abducted by the Umbrella Corporation", but Sienna Guillory (Jill Valentine) will be back.

"Sienna is back as Jill Valentine. Epic battle sequence with Alice and Jill! It's siiiiiick!!!" she tweeted, in reply to fans' questions.

And she promised: "I've got an amazing fight with a bunch of zombies... This movie is going to be the scariest AND most action packed yet!"

Milla, who is married to Resident Evil filmmaker Paul WS Anderson, also said there will be some "epic" scenes in the 3D movie.

"The Red Square sequence is THE MOST COMPLICATED CHASE SCENE PAUL HAS EVER PLANNED FOR! IT'S GONNA BE EPIC!" she wrote.

"We'll be the 1st movie 2 have a chase scene in a Rolls Royce which we will get shot up, but still runs 'cause they're awesome!"

Milla is also hoping for a sixth film: "We would love 2 make a 6th where every1 is back together! But the fans will decide after they see this one!"

Filming on Resident Evil: Retribution is set to begin in October, with a release planned for 2012.
